Our Workforce Programs offer work readiness preparation, educational coaching, life skills, client centered case management, workforce training and job placement opportunities. Case managers focus on strengthening engagement, work readiness, and resource navigation to help reduce barriers. Workforce training and job placement opportunities offered through our Community Health Worker training program or Ready.
Services Available
The RESET program serves young women, ages 16 to 24, who are either not in school or not working. These resources guide them toward becoming financially, emotionally, and socially secure adults.
Ready To Work provides job education followed by job placement to help improve quality of life and achieve success to individuals 18+. Ready To Work assists with Certifications, Associate’s Degrees, or Bachelor’s Degrees. Ready To Work offers a customized approach to acquire the skills needed to succeed in a career.
The Community Health Worker (CHW) training program provides a pathway to a career as a CHW/Promotora. The program is geared toward young women ages 18 and over and partners with accredited colleges for educational training.
